Prof. You was recently selected to be the recipient of 2013 Northwestern-Argonne Early Career Award. This award recognizes extraordinary early career scientist in energy research. One recipient per year was selected by a committee with members from both Northwestern University and Argonne National Laboratory. Fengqi You received the Director’s Fellowship from Argonne National Laboratory for 2009-2011. The Argonne Director’s Fellowship is awarded to researchers, who display superb ability in scientific or engineering research and show definite promise of becoming outstanding leaders in the research they pursue. Fengqi You is the only awardee from 2009-2011 in the areas of Mathematics, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, and Decision and Information Science.
