Professor You was selected to be one of the 18 Searle Fellows for AY 2012 – 2013 at Northwestern University. The Searle Fellows program is a multi-disciplinary, year-long program for early career faculty. Established in 1999, the program aims to provide faculty with the expertise and knowledge to critically assess and solve problems in their courses. Participants design innovative approaches to teaching to advance their students’ learning and to develop their own teaching practice. The department chairs nominate the fellows for their potential to contribute to teaching and scholarship at Northwestern.
